Most of our products are handmade exclusively in small quantities and some need production time. If the product displays "soon", that means more pieces will be available in stock soon.

Is there a place for a ROYA bazaar?

Roya Bazaar is an online eCommerce site, a shopping site that offers different range of products concept to shop anytime, anywhere and from all over the world. We deliver to your doorstep, worldwide! 

If you are concerned about convenience, both online purchasing is safe and assured that we invest in making sure our systems and software protect your purchase.

 We try to include as useful information as we can about all of our products, to really help you buy things that will suit you.

In addition to the photographs and description on the product page (including the size and size guide), you will find 3 sections under each product: Editor's Notes, designed and delivered specific and detailed information about the product and shipping.

What if I have a problem reviewing or buying products on my website?

 

If you are experiencing any technical problems, please make sure that you have the latest updates and patches for your operating system. If you still encounter problems please contact us by email.

Why do items in my shopping bag not appear or keep disappearing?

Items that you have added to your bag always remain in your bag unless you manually remove them or close the browser

Items in your bag will appear as soon as you sign in. If you are rushing out and the item is no longer in stock, you will be alerted before you start the checkout process.

If you are still having problems, try deleting the cookies on your computer. All you have to do is go to the "Tools" tab on your web browser, select "Internet Options", then select "Delete Cookies" and press the OK button.

I cannot sign in to my account!

 

 When you want to add something to your wish list or access your account, we ask you to sign in. If you find that your email address or password is not recognized, please make sure that you use the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us. If you cannot remember your password, just enter your email address in the "Forgot password" box on my account page, we will send you a new password.

You can change your password, main email address or any of your other details at any time just by logging in to "My Account".

 

What if you do not want to sign up for an account but still want to buy online?

 

This is not the problem, you can buy any product from ROYA Bazaar

Without having to sign up for an account.

 Simply choose a product and when you add the product to the basket and then go to fill the shipping information and then review the request and payment.

 

Why do not I receive my newsletter?

 

 

Perhaps one of the most common reasons for this is that the email program adds spam from us as spam.

 

To stop this from happening, please add

 The email from us must come directly through to your inbox.

All items shown on the site are in stock unless the words "soon" are listed below or next to the product or if the product is simply not available in any more than a certain size Please note that placing the item in your shopping bag does not automatically back up for you, Which can be purchased by another customer while you still buy other items
