Order Edits & Cancellations Policy

You can request an edit to your order or a full cancellation at any point before the order is paid. No changes can be made to your order once it has been paid for.

We do our best to keep our customers happy. Depending on the status of the order, please refer to the below to check your eligibility for a refund:

Note: We may require you to first contact the seller and either wait for a response or for 48 hours before you are eligible to request a refund.

Note: Our refund & return policy does not cover digital items, payments for services, stored value instruments. Additionally, You may not be eligible for a chargeback unless after We determine that you are not eligible for a refund or return. If and when, you file a chargeback with your payment provider or bank, you will not be eligible for a refund our refund & return policy.

While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information.

An order may be subsequently cancelled by a seller after you have received a confirmation that it has been sent to the seller. RoyaBazaar.com and our partner Sellers reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

RoyaBazaar.com takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by RoyaBazaar.com, We will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

If you request a refund, and you were eligible for a refund, We will refund the partial or full amount, depending on the cases of refund under this policy, only to the original payment method that was used to make the placement of the order.

Refunds of payments are applicable only in the cases of:

  • You have not received your package, and it has been proven that your package has been lost or redirected to another customer by mistake.
  • You received an order that is different than expected and have requested a return with the seller.
  • Products are received by partially missing items.

Once a refund is requested, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
